ghosts
'Fall' is the operative term. Not 'walk', 'leap', or 'glide', but 'fall'. It denotes plummeting from a height, landing with a thud, incurring welts and bruises. That's why it's called 'falling in love:' you could wind up maimed... or dead.
- Jessica Zafra, "Chicken Pox for the Soul"

did you know, loves, that ghosts of the past do come back to haunt you? especially when they never actually died in the first place. i'm not bitching, mind you. i'm actually quite... fascinated.

speaking of ghosts, that song by the indigo girls kept playing in my head all weekend. i'm not one to complain though. "of all my demons, i need you the most. i'm in love with your ghost." *sigh*

coach javs: is that from the indigo girls again? *le sigh* thanks, dear. *h&k*
jace: hi baby! :)
