1. happy birthday to pj (mariano)! i'm glad you're finally back in manila. *hugs*

2. congratulations to the fellows of the 11th ateneo-heights writers workshop, especially to darling twinkle! i'm so jealous you have ma'am marj (evasco). considering how memorable the past two workshops have been for me (and coach, of course), i'm really going to miss it.

3. trivia: amethyst, my birth stone, comes from the greek 'amethystos' which was considered as a remedy for drunkenness. so now i'm the goddess of wine with a remedy for drunkenness.
