heart drenched in wine

music: dooley wilson - as time goes by (ost - casablanca)

thongs versus war by fiona wylieactually, i haven't drank in about a month. haha, do i sound like an alcoholic? i just like the bubbly, that's all. when we were in baguio, i think i finished about half of the bottle of champagne coach brought. everyone else had beer. that's just how it is.

(and, oh, that phrase is from norah jones' don't know why. i like a few of her songs. very laid-back and homey.)

i am sooo loving this (FREE!) high speed internet. i download music like crazy. yesterday, i added asian chillout/lounge music to my ever-growing, eclectic collection. remember that cd i wanted from fullybooked, raph? the indian make-out music? something like that. yay-ness!

what i do not like about today: i look fat. no, not fat. pregnant. i'm a stick with a stomach. huhuhu. stupid pms. plus i'm being made to take all these supplement thingies. i feel like a druggie.

oh wait, i've been a druggie since i met jilly. we went about school with our pills stowed in kikay kits and pushed them to our "needy" friends. and an applicant once thought we were actually "together". she's been my girlfriend for much longer than i've been with my boyfriend. girls rule!

i had a troubling dream this morning. we were under (an extreme and very odd form of) martial law and we had to go to concentration camps of some sort. food ration stubs were precious and people would bribe soldiers for them. i don't remember all the details now but i woke up feeling rather disturbed.

could it be an omen of sorts? the political scandals and increasing instability must be sowing unrest even in our subconscious. hay naku. i will not bother launching into a political commentary. you SHOULD know what's happening to your country.
